UNIX/LInux Support

UNIX/Linux computers are remarkably reliable, sometimes reaching uptimes in excess of a year. These computers also are remarkable flexible, allowing tasks to be easily designed, modified, and run without direct user intervention. However, not every end user is capable of properly supporting these boxes, due to time constraints, interest levels, or technical capabilities. We offer support for AIX, Solaris, IRIX, Linux, OpenBSD, and Mac OS X. We can help upgrade and patch your computer as well as install and configure.

Please submit your request to our Help Desk. The Help Desk automatically alerts the correct individuals of the request. If you cannot reach the Help Desk (computer completely inoperative, network down), call one of the primary contacts for this service. The Help Desk is designed to help you and us track requests, provide a forum for Frequently Asked Questions, and help us keep you apprised of our progress on your requests.
