Hours of Operation

All services are supported during normal business hours (Sept-April: M-F 0830-1700; May-Aug 0800-1700). Outside these service hours, emergencies (see Services page) will be handled as staff availability allows within the following periods:

• Weeknights 1700-2000
• Weekends and holidays 1000-1700
• No service available during the Christmas Break (roughly 24 Dec - 1 Jan)

Note that we do not shut services down over Christmas, but re-establishing services that terminate unexpectedly will wait until the first business day in January.
