Desktop SupportPrimary Contacts: TBD, Scott DelingerDesktop computers (Macintosh, Windows) are supported by Scott and TBD. Note: we do not support applications. We make sure that your computer and its operating system work properly, connect to the network correctly, and (if installed) can check email. However, support for applications (e.g, Word, Excel, ChemDraw, Photoshop) is not available. CNS's Technical Response Group may be able to help with some problems. The secretaries are very experienced with Word. Please submit your request to our Help Desk. The Help Desk automatically alerts the correct individuals of the request. If you cannot reach the Help Desk (computer completely inoperative, network down), call one of the primary contacts for this service. The Help Desk is designed to help you and us track requests, provide a forum for Frequently Asked Questions, and help us keep you apprised of our progress on your requests. This file last updated: |
