Taking UA equipment off-campus

Taking equipment off-campus requires that the guidelines be followed,
the proper forms filled out, and
that proper precautions be taken for security and insurance reasons.

All items being taken off-campus must be tagged. Once the form is completed, return the form to Violet Craige.
